What gets saved for you

Your email address and sign-in details; the Bible passages you save, along with their version, examination content, and progress; your Practice work and mastery scores; your Check conversations; your Ask TUPOS conversations and journal entries; your study streak; and your Bible version preferences.

Who can see it

Only you. Your rows are scoped to your account in the database, and only you can read or change them when signed in. Administrators can see account-level details — email, sign-up date, plan, and how many Bible passages or journal entries exist — in order to support your account and handle billing. They do not read the contents of your journal or your conversations for any other purpose.

Services we rely on

Sign-in, database, and file storage are handled by our hosting backend. Payments are handled by Stripe, which stores your card details — we never see or keep them. Passage examination and conversation responses are generated by AI models we call on your behalf; the text you send is processed to produce a reply.

Email

We email you about your account: confirming sign-up, resetting your password, and changes to your plan. Every email we send can be replied to at imprint@thetuposapp.com.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account from the Account page at any time. That removes your saved Bible passages, Practice progress, conversations, journal entries, streak, and settings. Records of past payments are kept where we are required to keep them for accounting and refunds.
